Return Eligibility

GlowDog is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We only accept returns if the original product is defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Defective Product Return Process

If you receive a defective GlowDog LED collar, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. You can contact us via contact@glowdog.co with your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
2. Provide Proof: Include photographic or video evidence showing the defect in the product. This will help us assess the issue and approve your return request more quickly.
3. Approval: Once our team reviews and approves your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products. Once your return is approved and the defective product is received, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a fully functional GlowDog LED collar as soon as possible.

Important Notes

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Processing Time: Please allow 30-60 days for us to process your return once we receive the defective product. Replacement products will be shipped out as soon as possible after processing.
• Return Window: We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.
